Discover Antarctica on a journey of exploration, connection, and awe inspiring wonder

Embarking and disembarking from Ushuaia, Argentina

Join a transformative nine-day expedition to Antarctica, where the untouched beauty of Earth’s last frontier meets the future of consciousness, longevity, AI and life on Earth. Guided by visionary futurists from wellness, longevity and AI, this immersive journey blends expert-led workshops, meditations, and discussions with breathtaking excursions, wildlife encounters, and moments of deep stillness.

We’re returning to Antarctica in our 20th year of groundbreaking voyages aboard our favorite expedition vessel to explore glaciers, remarkable wildlife, and the vast, awe-inspiring landscapes of the Seventh Continent- all while building community and diving deep into the big questions shaping the future of life on Earth.

Featured speakers include Alberto Vollodo, renowned medical anthropologist integrating ancient wisdom and human transformation and Dr. David Perlmutter, Neurologist and longevity expert on metabolism, and brain health. Together, they’ll explore the profound connection between consciousness and the future of longevity and AI.

Set against Antarctica’s awe-inspiring landscape, this once-in-a-lifetime experience offers a unique space to reflect, connect, and grow, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Embark

Kick off your 20th-Expedition adventure at the edge of the world: Ushuaia, Argentina. This legendary launchpad has been the starting point for a decade of epic Insider Expeditions trips to Antarctica.

Climb aboard the World Explorer — your home base for wild stories, new friends, and unforgettable moments.

Settle into your suite, breathe in the southern air, and meet your crew — a handpicked group ready to make history.

As we head down the Beagle Channel, we’ll start things off right with a welcome dinner, toasting to twenty years of wild adventures and the feeling that something incredible is about to begin again.

Days 2 - 3

Days 2 - 3 image

Crossing the Drake Passage

Cross the legendary Drake — a wild stretch of sea where time seems to slow down and the horizon goes on forever. Watch albatross glide by, look out for whales and seals, and feel the rush as we enter the Southern Ocean.

In between, join our guides for hands-on workshops and stories — a Drake tradition that turns this crossing into a true rite of passage.

This is where the adventure truly begins.

Days 4 - 7

Days 4 - 7 image

South Shetland Islands and Antarctic Peninsula

This is where Antarctica’s magic truly takes hold.

Over the last decade, we’ve learned that Antarctica never reveals the same face twice — but experience taught us exactly where to look. For our 20th anniversary, we are curating our absolute favorite haunts across the South Shetlands and the Peninsula. Picture massive glaciers, glowing blue ice, and endless snowfields. Hop into Zodiacs to get up close with charismatic penguins, relaxed seals, and spots rich with explorer history that only a seasoned team knows how to navigate.

This week, it’s all yours to discover.

Days 8 - 9

Crossing the Drake Passage

As we head back across the Drake, Antarctica begins to fade behind you, but the memories stay with you forever.

These final days at sea are relaxed and open. Enjoy the ship, swap stories, and take in the last stretch of ocean that has seen a decade of adventure.

Day 10

Day 10 image

Disembarkation

We arrive back in Ushuaia. After a decade of Antarctica expeditions, we’ve learned that people step off this ship differently than when they stepped on: more open, more alive, and more connected to something vast.

Say your goodbyes. Antarctica leaves its mark, and now you’re a part of its story.
